• Any person who has self-excluded under a responsible gaming programme
• 888f employees, their immediate family members, or representatives of associated entities

3.1 Account Creation

Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us immediately. Sharing your login details with others is prohibited.

3.3 Identity Verification

888f may request documents for identity verification at any time under its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. Failure to cooperate with this process may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

888f currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, additional verification may be required in some cases, which could take longer.

4.4 Payment Rules

• Deposits and withdrawals may only be made from an account registered in your own name
• Transactions through third parties are prohibited
• In the event of fraudulent or unauthorised transactions, 888f reserves the right to freeze all assets

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; or depositing ৳22,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled upon expiry
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless the bonus conditions have been met
• 888f reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time
• If bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts, or fraud is found, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited

The 888f VIP programme has five tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on player activity and regular participation. 888f reserves the right to change the terms, rewards, and tier advancement criteria of the VIP programme. VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash unless specifically permitted.

7.1 Fair Play Policy

888f is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and safe gaming environment for all players. We use SSL encryption and verified game technology to ensure fair play.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Playing using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
